Our communities are plagued by uncoordinated trash disposal methods, which endanger the health, prosperity, and overall ecosystem.

Challenges

Internet inaccessibility and a slow adoption of smartphones. Poor literacy rates in areas plagued by poverty. For our app to have an impact, it must be creative.

Our Approach

Build a mobile app platform that connects trash owners with qualified, trained trash agents to solve Africa's waste management problems in the long run.

Deployment

We'll start in a select area in Yaounde, Cameroon's capital. Use the lessons learnt to rollout city-wide, country-wide, and continent-wide over a two years period.
